Logan Advisory (Scotland) provides independent, part-time finance and governance support to small Scottish charities, social enterprises, and SMEs that require experience and judgement, but not a full-time senior appointment.
The practice is built around calm financial oversight, compliance assurance, and forward visibility for trustees and directors. Work is typically delivered on a fractional or time-limited basis, tailored to the scale and needs of the organisation, and focused on clarity, proportionality, and good stewardship rather than complexity or theatre.
Engagements are independent, remote-first, and clearly bounded. They may range from light-touch financial oversight through to short-term stabilisation or tidy-up work where finance functions are under pressure. Logan Advisory (Scotland) does not seek employment roles and works selectively with organisations where a quiet, practical approach is appropriate.
